Raffle Information for the Closing Event: (Time Capsule buried in the Literary Garden)

A raffle will be held for all 5 years olds this year. The winner comes back in 50 years to see how our predictions held up. We plan on giving the young person a certificate, and in the capsule we will bury (among other contemporary items) a Series EE Savings Bond worth at maturity, $500.
